HFA: Ruthless

Build revolves around doing as much damage as possible while maximizing movement speed to prevent having to attack mobs more than once or twice. For T13 rifts I run an Avarice band with band with hoarder/goldwrap over trapped since neither matter for RG's. Alternatively you can drop the Avarice Band and replace it with a Rorg with Hexing pants for maximum damage. Because of the lighting rune on WW resource is almost never an issue as long as there's average mob density and at my 44% cdr I maintain full uptime on ignore pain with obsidian ring so toughness is fine if not using goldwrap. With mostly optimized gear (and around 800-1k paragon) the build pretty much one shots most mobs, with pain enhancer finishing them off in passing even in full rift groups.
