Core: Movement speed to 25% then max out resource and dump the rest in vitality for more health

Offense: Cooldown reduction is top priority then Attack speed. The last two don't matter.

Defense: Life, then Resist All, then Armor, then Life Regeneration. You'll want to be tougher than a waffle house steak. This will make that happen.

Utility: Resource Cost Reduction for more cyclones. Then Life on hit to gain health back. The last two don't matter.

Build Guide

This Build makes you tougher and heal more. Here's how.

Cyclone - Soothing Breeze, more heals based off Health from Globes bonus

The Flying Dragon - Cubed, doubles your attack speed on the regular for increased spirit generation and freezes from the tsunami rune. More spirit = more cyclones = more heals, crowd control, and with the obsidian ring of the zodiac it'll lower your cooldown times significantly. You can basically spam everything all the time

The Guardian's Path on the Hellfire Amulet increases dodge by 35% putting you in the waffle house steak category (tough)

Everything else about this build is the same as other builds. For example: spam Mantra of Healing, and "don't cyclone a group of mobs in a skinny tunnel and run off so your dps gets stuck and dies".

I've done that last one... Lesson learned.
