Krysbin's Sentence

The two-piece Pestilence set bonus allows you to fire an empowered Corpse Lance (Blood Lance) every time you consume a corpse. Devour (Cannibalize) will also heal you whenever you consume a corpse. Your primary method of creating corpses to consume will be through Land of the Dead (Frozen Lands) and spamming Devour. While LotD is active, you should be applying your Decrepify (Borrowed Time) on all enemies in the area, and focusing your self-cast Corpse Lances on the elite(s).

During LotD's down time, you can create a corpse each time you dash with Blood Rush (Molting), and these "downtime" Corpse Lances will be empowered by the stacks of Macabre Knowledge you accrued during your last LotD through The Johnstone. The focus during this downtime, however, is to build up your stacks of Decripify (Borrowed Time) and further reduce your CD of LotD by spamming Bone Spear (Crystallization) to proc the 1 second CDR provided by Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac.
