I've had a lot of success with this build when using Dark Reaping instead of Spreading Malediction. And since I'm using Dark Reaping, I like using a RORG + Aquila Cuirass over a Unity. (The setup you recommend for groups in your CorpseMancer Optimization video).
The biggest issue I've had with the recommended skill setup is that there is no health regeneration. In the video attached (CorpseMancer 2.0), you are regening health, so I'm guessing you were running Dark Reaping in the setup in the video.
How do you regen health when running Spreading Malediction instead of Dark Reaping? Or am I just supposed to avoid damage enough that I only need a health potion?
Cannot recommend this build. It is frustrating af when you keep getting one shot in TXIII, unity and kalan are required just to keep alive in the HOPE you can start snowballing. Annoying to get right.
EDIT: OOH and dont hope you can get that goblin if you see it
I would almost guarantee, without even looking at your gear, you don't have enough damage to be running TXIII
Will you be updating this build for 2.6.1, and if so, when?
Cool. Saw your Youtube video that highlighted the changes on the PTR. Excited about the changes in regards to Necros.

@LordFluffy thanks for this build man. After coming back from giving up on the game like 2 years ago this got me back in pretty smoothly after I hit the wall with the Lazy build. If this ever becomes capable of pushing please keep us posted!
Hi, i got in love with this build and broke my head trying to make it more like my playstyle. And i got this http://www.diablofans.com/builds/94866-bonemancer-offtank what do you think about it? im actually doing GR70/75 solo.
Hey Lord Fluffy,
First off I really enjoy all your guides. You do a great job!
So for this guide, would you say that the video isn't as up to date as the actual video you have posted? For example, using BOP instead of Mirinae? Using Lost Time instead of Jessith? This was my favorite Necro build, and I want to go back to using it for the end of the season!!
.
Bought the necromancer for this season and loving this build so far.
Still need to find Krysbin's, but I'm unsure about the passives.
I seem to have enough cooldown not to need Commander of the Dead, and don't feel Fueled By Death is getting much use with the Blood Rush spam. At the moment I switched out one for Final Service, but I'm wondering what else would be a good one to pick.
Sorry I don't play much Necro, not understanding why/how this build utilises Fueled by Death?
Edit: I'm a dumbass, assumed "consume" had to be via Devour.
I don't understand why you use Trag'Ouls Corroded Fang for this build. A Grim Scythe passive has no effect if you don't use Grim Scythe. Wouldn't it be better to use something that benefits the overall build like Scythe of the Cycle?
Thanks
