EDIT: Forgot to mention.. You want your weapon sheet to roll as Fire damage otherwise Death Watch Mantles 2ndary will have little effect with this build. Since Death Watch Mantles damage type changes due to your weapon damage, you want your weapon dmg to roll as fire.
