Sorry for not having the gear specs linked above but I accidentally pressed "backspace" and it forced me out of my draft to the previous page. So instead of typing all of it out again, I'm just going to link the the build I made on d3planner... Here: http://www.d3planner.com/680816077

The build in the link above is my season 10 build. It's a little different than my actual season 10 build but it's the direction I plan to go once I get the proper gear. At paragon 400+, It seems to hold up decently well. I've tried something like this in the past with vyrs but it didn't work out too well. Farmed all the gear, etc, turned out Vyrs is just an awful set. So I tried to do a variant with Delseres and it's actually not all that bad. Still working on it currently but I figured I'd post it so other people can have a look.

Basically, all you want to do is get the biggest pack you possibly can, unleash your spectral blade, spam arcane orb. I'm a little unsure about the ammy I chose but I had a reason for choosing it over the typical endless walk combo. What I had in mind was since this build is going to be attacking incredibly fast and revolved around Arcane damage, the chance of Moonlight Wards legendary effect triggering would be greatly increased. Along with arcane orbs explosion, the ward explosion would also contribute to the arcane damage and since I'm also running CoE, that arcane damage would only be increased even more. It's mainly focused on damage bursts and it's not exactly a top notch meta build either so don't expect this to match the godly burst damage of the Vyrasha Paralysis Hydra build lol..It's more a fun build created to rebel against the meta lol

[EDIT]: Oh yeah I forgot to mention, you don't want to have ChC on any of your gear. Only %CHD, %AD, %elite dmg, %ias, %Arcane Dmg.

Elite dmg, Spectral Blade and AD on your source over Arcane Orb dmg. And again, no Crit Hit Chance on both para and gear
