- Ring of Royal Grandeur (equipped or in cube)
- 2 pieces of Sage's Journey set
- 3 pieces of Shadow's Mantle set
- Depth Diggers (equipped)
- Hellcats Waistguard (equipped or in cube)
- Chain of Shadows (equipped or in cube)

Hellfire Amulet (5th passive):

How to play:
Since this is a Death's Breath farming build, do only focus elites, skip everything else.
1. Everytime you enter a new rift, use your Shadow Power once, Shadow Power will only last until the current rift is closed.
2. Use Grenades to kill enemies.
3. Use your Vengeance as often as possible.
4. Use your Smoke Screen to prevent incoming damage (no cooldown if you use In-Geom and its proc is up)
5. Use Impale to activate the Chain of Shadow belt, so your Vault doesn't cost resources for 2 seconds. Use Vault to move around.
Also use Impale to activate Focus&Restraint if you use the set.
6. Use Vault when your Chain of Shadow belt proc is up (Your Vault doesn't cost resources when you used Impale recently)

My opinion:
A very efficient build to farm Death's Breath. You can easily get 800+ Death's Breath per hour on Torment 11 with decent equipment and ~10000 dexterity.
