As for fifth passive I did not specify what it should be. I leave that to you.

Depending on if you need more dmg or toughness, go with whatever suits your needs.

Though I can recommend passives.

For dmg try and get Relentless assault, determination or seize the initiative.

For toughness I would go sixth sense or Near death experience

Gogok of swiftness can also be swapped out for esoteric if you feel you just need more resistance.

Or for bane of powerful if you think you're tanky enough.
