Build Guide
This build is for teams were you are as third support with sup monk and barb.
You are here to walk with damage dealer and proc all buffs and debuffs on mobs what is eady with RoF and Etched Sigil will spam other spells exept slowtime and frost nova and ofc tp.
You have to cast frost nova by yourself and slow time also and black hole from time to time to be sure that area will be safe.
Use Slowtime to reduce dmg for teammates. Use Black hole to remove dangerous objects and gather some mobs together.

i prefer this build with mass RCR (and ofc max cdr) and Astral Presence +max arcane power on helm + wand. I never drop Aquila even when spamming Teleport.
Also I don't use Mantle of Channeling and RoRG. I just use a Justice Lantern instead. It gives a free primary stat with ~+15% blockchance.
This way with good rolls I get a free ~25% dmg mitigation even without using a Channel spell ;-) (and cube occulus with max 85%)
I even don't need Esoteric and use Gogok.
So many free black holes. it's just amazing.
Also I dunno if I'm right but doesnt the chilleffect from Iceblink extend the duration of Bone Chill (the skill itself says chilled or frozen by frost nova) so that the 33% dmg amplification is always active?
I just spam frost nova. I very rarely need to use black hole myself with ~70% cdr.
Dunno if it's worth it but from my dps wiz I know how good Static Discharge is... maybe it's better than Sleet Storm since we got Frost Nova to chill mobs and proc Icelink.
Some intresting points. And yes RCR is important for this build what i forgot to mention :P. however what did you drop to get Astral Presence? imo only blur is dropable but then its less damge reduction.
Yes Gogok is also ok but in my expirience i feel better with Esoteric (maybe placebo effect)
Well the point of RoF is you can easly aply iceblink on large area (its bigger then frost nova). And tbh I cant see how discharge would be better in it.
Yeah the big area of effect is also the reason why I'm still using RoF (to proc iceblink in a bigger area) and the actual benefit of having faster CD resets is not that important unfortunately.
I drop Unstable Anomaly. If geared probably no support class should die. It feels like the same with my supp wiz, so I just dropped it
But I have very optimized gear. My hellfire has Blur, but I can change Astral for Unstable if needed. When scouting ahead and spamming teleport I see Aquila dropping for tiny fractions of a second. That's what I don't like so I use Astral

I don't like Esoteric in this build for one simple reason. Almost all of the elite affixes and projectiles will get sucked in by Black Hole.
So the gem loses alot of its original value in that way. I refuse to only use it for firechains.
But sure if you feel like dying it's always better to equip it instead of gogok.
