Countess Julia's Cameo
Oathkeeper and Blade of the Warlord are interchangeable. I used Oathkeeper in the box because Blade was better for use. Depth Diggers and Simplicity to boost Bash damage.
Magefist and Cindercoat for extra fire damage. Didn't have any decent head for that so used Deathseer's Cowl.
Death Watch Mantle, Fire Walkers and Sanguinary Vambraces for passive damage. Heart of Iron could boost that.
Nemesis Bracers for extra elites during Rift.
Unity to follower for health reasons.

Build Guide
Idea is to make passive damage with Death Watch Mantle, Sanguinary Vambraces and Fire Walkers while main damage comes from Bash boosted with Threatening Shout and occasionally Wrath of the Berserker. Convention of Elements gives extra boost to fire damage in longer fights.
Basically then you just Bash everything to death and use Leap to get out of nasty places. You don't need any kind of Fury generation but extra fury could improve Blade of the Warlord damage so passives could help that but managed to do grift 45 with over 2 minutes to spare.
Paragon 593, Ancients 8/13, no Caldesan.
Signed up just so I could up-vote this build. I tried three other suggested builds for the Thrill conquest and could not get it. Assembled a similar build to this one (only two ancient items, other legendary gems, etc.) and beat GR45 on first try. Thank you very much!
