Kanai's Cube
Weapon slot in Kanai's Cube is the Wormwood to cast Locust Swarm for you. Typically it only casts a vanilla version of the ability without a rune, however, if you run a rune of the skill on your bar, the Wormwood will cast that. Also, with the Vile Hive, Locust Swarm will take on the Pestilence rune. So with this set up, Locust Swarm is cast automatically with both Pestilence and Cloud of Insects to reduce damage. Other options would be to run the cold rune for Locust Swarm so you get the benefit from your cold damage on Amulet/Bracers or the Searing Locusts rune for more damage.

Core
Movement Speed - Max this until you hit the 25% cap on sheet.
Intelligence - After movement speed you'll start maxing your main stat for damage and some All Resist.
Vitality - Only add Vitality if you're having issues staying alive/getting 1 shot.
Maximum Resource - Max Resource is never a good stat for this build.
Offense
Crit Damage - It's typically easier to get a lot of crit chance on gear, so go crit damage first. You always want to balance the two.
Crit Chance - Crit Chance second unless you are just overloaded with crit damage on gear but not much crit chance.
Cooldown Reduction - Jade is very dependent on high CDR, if you're missing some CDR on gear you can max this before crit.
Attack Speed - Attack Speed will reduce the cooldown of Soul Harvest with the 4 piece Jade, as well as spreading your Haunts quicker.
Defense
Life % - Life % first, especially if you're getting 1 shot.
Armor % - You can always go Armor first as well if you feel you don't need the life on T13.
All Res - Intelligence gives you All Resist, so I typically max this after Armor.
Life Regen - By far the worst defensive stat, always max this last.
Utility
Gold Find - Max first if you're running torment, max last if you're running this build for low level Greater Rifts.
Area Damage - AD seond
Life on Hit - LoH third
Resource Cost Reduction - Unless you're running Pierce the Veil, you really shouldn't have any mana issues.
What is 5th recommended passive?
LoL in all the time i've followed you, i've never had a more miserable experience than using this build exactly as listed. I have it exactly as listed with nearly 600 paragon, and all I do is die. I'll just stick with angry chicken.
Thanks man, my ego was just getting abused. I watched the video several times, but sometimes a build just doesn't click. This did not click for me. I know it's not the build or you...it's me. :-)
I might take it down to T10 and just grind out more paragon for fun, but even as you said in the video...it still may not be as efficient as Angry chicken. I was looking for a change, but this change is frequent visits to repair.
