You need to have 5 pieces of Raekor and 3 pieces of Immortal King. So in top of Immortal king weapon and belt, you have the choice to either use;
a) Immortal King helmet
Immortal King chest
c) Immortal King legs
d) Immortal King gloves
The best one to chose, is the one that has the best stats.

If you have trouble Surviving, then you can change the rune on Wrath of the Berserker into "Striding Giant" for 50 % Damage Reduction and still keep the main stats from WOTB. This 50 % Damage reduction, which makes your healing a lot stronger as well and helps on the Rift Guardian. This is good to do on GR60-85. But if you wish to push higher, then you will really need that damage and it is required to fish for nice easy mobs, packs and rift guardian that you have immunity amulet towards!
Math:
Regular build: 2296.4 B dps & 218,640,303 toughness
Striding Giant: 1537.1 B dps & 437,280,607 toughness
Band of Might cube: 1324.97 B dps & 546,600,758, because of only 19 % uptime on WOTB
So that means:
Striding Giant is -33 % dmg, but x2 toughness
Band of might is: -42,3 % dmg, but x2.5 toughness

Another option, is to change Focus/Restraint to Convention of Element + Stone of Jordan:
Focus & Restraint: 2296.4 B dps & 218,640,303 toughness
CoE & SoJ: 1681.1 B dps & 215,722,690 tougness
So as you can see, you lose 36 % dps by doing so.

For higher Greater Rifts, I'd also recommend to give up either Area DMG or % DMG on the weapon to get life per fury spend, it helps a lot to stay alive on trash and also a bit on Rift Guardian. BEWARE, that Rift Guardians is the hardest part for Raekor barbs, and in higher grifts it will be all about fishing for whatever immunity amulet that your using. Such as, if you have Mara's you wanna fish for Hamelin and other poison bosses.
-
To keep up stacks on Furious Charge, you need to either hit a lot of mobs or ONLY one. If there is between 2 and 5 mobs, then either skip or go pull more mobs. It takes a bit time to get the hang on how to not waste FC stacks, but it's all about walking when there is not enough to charge onto.
-
I recommend to gamble helmet and gloves in the long term, because it's hardest to get good rolls on these slots.
-
More than 95 % of your damage is from Bolder Toss, and the more Fury you have, the more damage it can deal. Therefore, I highly recommend picking Fury in paragon and also getting Fury on your weapon and belt as secondaries.
SIMULATION:
As you can see,
- Furious Charge is 3,12 +(3,12/78.63*21.29) = 3,95 % of the total damage
- Boulder Toss is 75.51 + (75.51/78.63*21.29) = 95.95 % of the total damage

For solo, there is a high chance (according to tests on PTR), that LoN Frenzy Barbarian might be able to go highest, but is a LOT LOT LOT harder to gear up, check this guide for more info about that build:

Why Life on Hit instead of vit and life%? It's not that much spender build like ww or hota. You use 5x FC and then spender, so i guess vit on weapon and life% on belt would be better option? And maybe vit instead of AD coz u need more toughtness for this build?
Well for the 75 grift you should still have plenty of damage if you rolled pure damage on everything else.
Which gem should I use in weapon?
What if you cube Furtance and might, wear in-geom and three huntdhred spear and stack cdr about 50% and -30 sec from passive?
Like I said, it's an option. I rolled a bunch of stuff to vit so it's not a huge problem for me anymore. At the time i only had like 350k life, which was a pain. Also against Cold Snap, i've found a good way to avoid him is just wait for the DR of your stun to go away and watch for the templars stun and capitilize on it. There's a lot of other bosses that i'll just run away from and make them tele to me to avoid half their mechanics.
New format looks good.
Great build! Clearing 60+ GR with ease! Keep up the good work!!!
So charge barb is now charge/ik hybrid boulder toss in order to do any grs? Would be nice if more than 1 set per class wasn't crappy.
Sup guys, I have a couple questions:
1- Does Ancient Parthan Defenders dmg reduction really work with this build?
2- Where can I farm them?
Thanks in advance!
This is the best way to survive and do damage on the RG. Once you fight bosses often, you can read animations and know what is coming next as well!
Charge is a very small portion of the damage in this build. The 6pc raekor bonus applies to SPENDERS, so powering whichever SPENDER you choose to use will yield the most damage. The other portion of doing damage is staying alive, which is why AP is used.
As i "only" aim for gr75 i will swap out woth and use ground stomp as i use ring of might anyway. Let' s see can i do gr75 then or not
Pretty fun build, but unusable (IMHO) on harder GRifts - too much "counter" bosses for this build.
Any summoner boss - alt-f4
Hey one question, on your video you have 5 parts of the raekor set and still you have the 6 set bonus, and you do not have equipped RORG.
How do you do it ?
I can't vote this up enough, it's really helped me step my GR game up this season. Thanks!
With Raekor set FC gets every rune effect.
So you can take it even without rune - it still be working
You might want to put the Hardcore option in your guide.
With the current meta: CoE, Band of the MIght, and Hellfire Ammy.
Passives: Animosity, Berserkers Rage, Nerves of Steel, (4 & 5) is you choice). I would personally use Bloodthirst and superstition.
With an Ancient IK Belt with Life per fury spent + Bloodthirst = roughly 400k life per boulder toss (BT). Superstition is the raw toughness as well as generation of fury faster. By the time you've stack over 30 Charges (estimation) you worry less about getting the 5*750% damage and more about attaining more fury from the last dump.
The HC build, you don't care about the FnR, all you care about is the every 16 sec you want to dump a BT.
What is higher gr? 70?:D On 70 im full ancient para 1300 with 90+ gems and if only 1 elite left like boss kill me with 2 hit xD This build is full useless for gr
