The main differences between this particular setup vs Quin69's Original 'One Punch Monk' build, is that this has a focus on much higher damage output, speed and clearing time. If you can reliably clear G55, switching to this alone will let you run the same G55 in 3 minutes or less, I can currently solo G72(13:18, haven't tried for a new limit in a week) and am speed farming G60/65 in under 7 minutes per.
To accomplish this, the build is designed around using Blind/Faith in the Light to increase damage a further 29%, while using it to fill your Spirit bar. When Ingeom is triggered, it allows a near permanent blind on enemies that are close, unlimited Spirit and allows you to focus away from any spirit gain through putting up Mystic Ally/Fire Ally (+20% Damage), the +10% Attack Speed Mantra, as well as the +15% attack speed dashing strike.
The build focus' around constant uptime of all skills, maximum damage.. and every new Ancient you find means even more damage output per the original build. Currently I crit for 12.5-16bil damage on the screen (AoE), then when Stricken cues up on a boss it starts popping up towards 40-50bil at the end of the fight. This is at 2.00-2.3 attacks per second, so the damage output is definitely there for fast clearing.
Just set Blind to your Numlock repeat key, tab it on and you can run around clicking Left+Right mouse button at the same time while holding shift to attack at range, this will auto pop up your Epiphany while screen clearing.. allowing for incredibly fast movement across map.
You can swap to a Boon and Avarice for even further farming, if preferred.. but beware - this build kills so quickly that it WILL lag your machine. On a busy map, it will stutter me from 180+ fps down to 15-20 fps due to the massive gold spam falling out. Generally pretty easy to earn anywhere from 50-150mil per rift, depending on the map style being cleared.

The requirement of using the Star of Azkaranth (Immunity to Fire) is because during any speed runs when using a squishy build, Having to wait for Meteor's to drop can eat a quick 4+ seconds per orb being picked up. Running immunity to fire allows you to cruise through the map at fastest speed, as well as being able to use traps on the ground to heal you back up to full health if needed. Poison/Arcane/Lightning are very easy to dodge, considering you will have a 2-3 second countdown for Dash.

The Cindercoat absolutely helps, if you get one that rolls in the lower @20-23% for mana cost reduction, it is fairly worth it to try rerolling for one in the uppers 28-30 range. That extra large chunk helps considerably! Even casting at max speed utilizing blind on my Numlock autocast, I rarely have mana issues.. most especially when InGeom is triggered.
I tried running the original Quin build, but the problem is that it is concentrating a bit too much on regenerating spirit.. just swapping to this setup alone nets you instantly 29%(Blind)+20%(Fire Spirit), plus a close range disabler.
The other passive bonus to this, is that many many bosses you can just sit next to and not even have to move due to the Blind being triggered so often. They recover quickly, but you can fire a blind off every other second which reapplies it. Many bosses (Especially since I am running Anti-Fire amulet) I tend to just sit still and spam cast.
