Avarice Band
5th Passive - Long Arm of the Law
The build is pretty straight forwards. Their are only a few deviations from the current LoN Bomb meta which mostly revolve around sacrificing overkill for speed increase.
Cube choices:
In-Geom synergies quite well with several other choices such as Rally, mid 60% CDR, and Nemesis Bracers
Broken crowns main purpose is simply to add additional gems to help support the new augmentation recipe
Avarice Band combined with Boon of the Hoarder will instantly pickup elite orbs after kills saving 2-3 seconds per kill from manually running over them
Gem choices are pretty straight forwards:
Diamond in helm
Ruby's in armor (Diamonds if you need the additional survivability)
Topaz in weapon
Boyarsky's Chip will be your main contribution of thorns
Bane of the Trapped will self proc at rank 25 or higher providing an addition damage multiplier
Boon of the Hoarder combined with Avarice Band will instantly pickup elite orbs after kills saving 2-3 seconds per kill from manually running over them
Stats:
Max CDR will be the largest contributor towards the speed and efficiency of the build
STR & VIT help to add not only damage but survivability as well. Stacking both should be a priority
Phys%, Bomb%, and Elite% are all very strong stats to help add a lot of addition damage. Try to get at least some of each stat
AD is extremely minimal damage gain at TX difficulty
AR is a good defensive stat but lower priority than STR, Vit, and Phys/Bomb/Elite%
Thorns will mostly come from Boyarsky's Chip early on. It would be ideal to have thorns on every item but not mandatory at all. I would place it as lower priority than STR, VIT, and Phys/Bomb/Elite%.
Specific item choices:
Leoric's Crown with a CDR gem is mandatory for the build to work
Homing Pads provides teleport cast immunity ( Rally provides teleport + objective channeling immunity and Invokers always rolls thorns )
Heart of Iron for additional thorns damage
Nemesis Bracers spawns additional elite packs in order to clear rifts quicker and keep the In-Geom buff active
Belt of the Trove helps increase clear times
Gloves of Worship will add additional speed and damage via the 10 minute shrine buffs
Hexing Pants is another multiplier ( Even badly rolled non-ancient Hexing is a damage increase over any ancient non-Hexing, with perfect rolls )
Swiftmount keeps you on the horse full time
Shoulders, Boots, and Shield are flexible. Use whatever has the best stats while not breaking the LoN no set requirement.

There are several stats that are useless for this build such as AS, CHC, CHD, MR, and RCR.
AD has very minimal gain in TX so taking it over GF and LoH at lower paragon levels comes down to personal preference
Avoid stacking VIT over STR. Heart of the Iron is nice for some additional thorns but you will take an overall damage loss taking VIT over STR in paragon as well as gems.
Build Guide
The In-geom & Swiftmount combination is the bread and butter of the Build. Combined they will add extremely high mobility.
Rally should be maintained as much as possible to further reduce the cooldown of your other active skills as well as addition damage.
Boon combined with Avarice will significantly increase clear speeds via addition movement speed as well as instant gold and orbs pickup.
Use Wing of Angel before Steed Charge as often as possible to boost Steed Charge's speed increase.
Always use Iron Skin before Bombardment and Consecration to significantly increase their damage output. If possible also activate Akarat's prior to chaining Iron Skin in to Bombardment and Consecration.
Should Specify in this build that this is not for Great Rifts. Obviously no gold drops so Boon of the Hoarder would be useless.
@Nunc
Homing Pads were my first set of ancient shoulders and I'm not sure why I made that oversight. Skel Kings should not have even been on the list. Thanks for pointing out my error. Currently I use well rolled Invokers and pop Rally for teleporting.
I reworded the Hexing part hopefully it is makes it a little clearer and yes I would have done the same by using the Dex ancients.
As for Rally, I use it in a variety of ways. Teleport immunity as mentioned above. I'll combo it in a similar way as you describe on open maps with multiple Champ/Elite/Rares in close proximity. I'll double Bomb and Conc targets like Maltheal with much higher than normal health pools. I'll use it as cast immunity during bounties to click channeled objectives while Bomb, Conc, and Trove clears the whites. I also use it to reset the CD of Wings for long distance travel. The utility of Rally to me far out weighs the damage component of Akarat's the majority of the time. I suppose I could have gone in to more detail of the utility it provides. I decided to simply draw attention to the damage component of Akarat's and let the user discover how to best utilize Rally for their own personal playstyle.
i tried this a few times with my limited amount of ancients (using 5-6). i was finding elite packs having 1 or 2 mobs barely surviving after an onslaught of all cds. changed in-geom to the mortal drama in cube and got it first try. may have been rng of the rifts i got tho. the one i succeeded on with a few seconds to spare had the fields of misery with a lot of elite packs all over the place. may have been just fine if i had stayed with in-geom for one more run.
