The Helltooth Set Dungeon is fiarly straightforward. I basically just copied my build that I used for high end Greater Rift pushes with a few tweaks. Note in my video I haven't fully optimised my run as it was my first playthrough, so you can see the ease in completing this Set Dungeon with just the main Helltooth pieces and a Mara's Kaleidoscope for poison damage immunity.
I do recommend to find a Shukrani's Triumph since when it is combined with the Spirit Walk - Severance rune, you can sprint through large section of the map, especially when looking for the last few monsters to kill.
I don't recommend using The Grin Reaper helmet or the Belt of Transcendence, as you mimics and fetishes are likely to kill monsters before you can group them up for a Wall of Death cast.
Also note to only cast Wall of Death once, overlapping the Walls of Death may cause the objective not to complete correctly. I have used the Communing with Spirits rune rather than the more common Fire Wall rune due to it being easier to place while still lasting 6 seconds, which should be enough time for mobs to run in.

This build focuses on the Helltooth Set for the Witch Doctor.
Requirements for Mastery
- Kill all monsters without taking fatal damage.
- Kill 20 enemies with a single Wall of Death, 4 times.
- Do not take any Poison damage.
Location: Act 1, The Royal Crypts. The portal spawns to the right side of the entrance to the Skeleton King boss fight.

Posted Jan 17, 2016Hmm you've got to run back and forth or in circles, have at least 10 or more mobs already in the circle and pull others into the circle from there. If you're really having trouble, try to restart the dungeon a few times so that a good density of accursed spawn at the start so you can tick off at least 1 or 2 of the 20 mob stacks. Make sure you don't run too far away, and spam your Soul Harvest - Languish so that you have the toughness to slowly kite mobs away. Also don't try to do the 20 mob stacks in the small lanes, do it in the open areas.
In my video I didn't really optimise at all, mostly just one or two different items and a different Wall of Death rune, just ran around with the standard Helltooth high GR pushing build and it seemed alright, can you give some other info? If you're missing items/not using the build exactly then I could help you further!

Posted Jan 23, 2016I haven't tried this without Mara's, but based on the video I just watched, there are ALOT of accursed, so while it is definitely do-able withou Mara's, it will probably be much more of a grind.
Any of the Wall of Death runes are fine, the poison rune should work just as well, if not better

Posted Mar 21, 2016My Paragon Level was high on the character I attempted it on, but you do need to make sure Soul Harvest is cast every time it is off cooldown (and try to hit as many monsters as possible with it) in order to have enough Armour to tank hits with the Witch Doctor.

My biggest mistake was, using Piranhas to pull in mobs, because they killed mobs quite fast. As soon as I stopped using piranhas, and started to use just wall of death (while luring in mobs), I finished this dungeon in first try.
