The Delseres Set Dungeon can be a bit annoying, because it is once again dependant on the random spawns of the mobs. It also requires use the skill Wave of Force: Impactful Wave, which is the only skill that reflects projectiles, which is required for one of the objectives.
Notes:
**UPDATE** I've had some very good input from user 'lokh89' who reported great success using Energy Twister - Wicked Wind Rune with Ranslor's Folly to pull enemies in. I suspect if Black Hole is killing monsters too quickly Energy Twister might as well, but it would help kill the elites much quicker than Wave of Force. It would most likely be worth cutting your damage right down by removing your damage gems (weapon, rings, amulet, chest armor, pants), casting Energy Twister, then when they are all bunched up cast Slow Time, which should then buff your damage greatly from the Delseres 6 Piece as well as extra casts benefitting from The Twisted Sword which should help make up for the DPS loss from removing all your damage gems. Therefore you probably won't need to use Black Hole at all. I can see this working very effectively so I've updated the other skills somewhat to take into account the higher Arcane Power costs of this setup. You can also use more defensive gems in your gear to help you tank the damage dealt by the monsters.
My best tip for this Set Dungeon is to try and get at least 1 or 2 of the 30 enemies in a Slow Time within the first minute of the dungeon, The easiest way is to remake the dungeon until you get good density, otherwise run back to the entrance and remake to avoid having to Town Portal which can save time.
I found reflecting projectiles to be easiest when casting Slow Time so the ranged monsters were at the edge (especially large groups of wasp monsters who shoot 4-5 projectiles at once), then as the projectiles are flying through it made it very simple to reflect. Stacking high Cooldown Reduction helps immensely with spamming Wave of Force.

Build Guide
Welcome to my Set Dungeons Build Guides!
You can find general Set Dungeon information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
This build focuses on the Delseres Set for the Wizard.
Requirements for Mastery
- Kill all monsters without taking fatal damage.
- Simultaneously catch 30 different enemies in a cast of Slow Time, 3 times.
- Reflect 200 projectiles.
Location: Act 3, Skycrown Battlements. From Act 3 Town (Bastion's Keep Stronghold), walk North-East across the draw bridge, then go right and through the small entrance which is the Skycrown Battlements. From here you need to head North-East on the set route, then veer to the far right side and the portal spawns there.

Hey I wanted to say thanks for the guide. I tried out your setup for about an hour and kept struggling to complete it in time. I ended up using The Twisted sword, shame of delsere (belt), and Ranslor's Folly (bracers) and really saw the difficulty drop. The wicked wind energy twisters grouped enemies super well and then killed them off immediately after i threw out slow time.
TL;DR if anyone is struggling with the clearing aspect, try using twisted sword and energy twister wicked wind.
Ah yeah that's a great idea, I did most of these set dungeons at the start of the season just with the gear I had. Now that I've played Wizard a bit more and have more of the new items, I can definitely see now combinations to use.
I'll update the build guide accordingly, thanks for your input!
never been able to get 30 in one slow time
Something is clearly wrong. I get killed instantly :s... no idea how.
Update: finally got it, forgot to put in my bane of the trapped. Helps a great deal when everything moves a lot slower.
The Set Dungeon requirements have been changed for patch 2.5:
Delsere’s Magnum Opus
The required number of enemies players must hit at once with Slow Time has been reduced from 30 to 20, and the number of times they must be hit has increased from 3 to 4
