Teleport to your target and unleash a series of extremely fast punches that deal 200% weapon damage as Lightning.

Every third hit deals 400% weapon damage as Lightning split between all enemies in front of you.
Static Charge

Fists of Thunder applies Static Charge to enemies hit for 6 seconds. Each time an enemy with Static Charge gets hit by you, there is a chance that every other enemy with Static Charge within 40 yards takes 40% weapon damage as Lightning.

Uberjager#6563 here.

Build works on both non-season and seasons. After working around with almost every class and trying every setup this method should also be the FASTEST to farm DBs with.

Monks are always going to be the DB farmers of choice because:

1. Set requirements are almost non existant (2 piece raiment, 3 sages... pffft how hard is that to gear for) which then allows you to...
2. Run CoE instead of RoRG
3. Static charge OP
4. Dashing strike > Any other mobility skill in the game, you can't furious charge/vault through walls.

5. Cyclone strike helps you clump mobs (only illusionist minions are a problem) which allows you to burst elites down sub 5 seconds.

Farms about 600-700 DBs per hour + you get leg droprate of TX. (I run this with 40% MF and 65 legs per hour on average)

With decent elite density you should get perma DS, uptime on Epiphany and BoH.

Steps:
1. DS to mob.
2. Cyclone strike them in = Slow + freeze + Iceblink/BoT proc
3. Duo-gen dps
4. Pick up DBs
5. Repeat 1-4

Epiphany whenever its off cooldown.
