Hello, DatModz here! Introducing the Static Charge Support Crusader Build. The build revolves proccing the Static Charge debuff applied to mobs with high proc coefficients abilites, while also buffing group damage and granting shared bonus group experience netting 300B+ XP/Hour or More! This is a group build!

Basic Overview

• Spam Condemn and Auto Attack to proc the Static Charge(Lightning Stuff from the Monk) debuff on mobs
• Activate Akarat's Champion, Law of Valor and Iron Skin on Cooldown
• Judge mobs to reduce damage done by 40%(granted from Sacred Harness belt) and Increase Critical Hit Chance by 20%
• Help group mobs into a large pile, you should always be fighting in density to benefit the most from Static Charge
• When kiting forward make sure to stay within the debuffed mobs to continue proccing Static Charge(you kite elites a lot with this composition)
• Stay Alive

• Istvan(Dual-Wield) Support Monk
• Support Barb (Does not have to be slaughter)
• Static Charge Monk

Gear Stat Priorities

• Helmet- Socket, Vitality, 15% Life, Strength Secondary Stats: Secondary Resist
• Shoulders- Cooldown Reduction, Vitality, 15% Life, Strength Secondary Stats: Health Globe Bonus & Pick-up Radius
• Amulet- Socket, Cooldown Reduction, Vitality, 15% Life Secondary Stats: Stacking Resist
• Chest- Socket X 3, Vitality, 15% Life, All Resist Secondary Stats: Reduction from Ranged Attack & Melee Attacks
• Belt- Vitality, 15% Life, Strength, Armor Secondary Stats: Freeze on hit or Pickup Radius
• Legs- Socket x2, Vitality, All Resist, Strength Secondary Stats: Life after Kill, Pickup Radius
• Bracers- Attack Speed, Vitality, All Resist, Strength, Armor Secondary Stats: Pickup Radius
• Boots- Vitality, All Resist, Movement Speed, Strength Secondary Stats: Pickup Radius
• Gloves- Cooldown Reduction, Attack Speed, All Resist, Vitality Secondary Stats: Stun on hit or pickup radius
• Rings- Socket, 15% Life, All Resist, Cooldown Reduction Secondary Stats: Any
• Weapons- Cooldown Reduction, Vitality, Socket, Reduces all Resource Costs Secondary Stats: Max Wrath
• Shield - Cooldown Reduction, Vitality,15% Life, Strength Secondary Stats: Max Wrath

Alternative Gems/Skills/Items

• Moratorium - If you are running Smite build, swap out Pain Enhancer
• Smite: Surge - Replace Slash, this setup will produce less lag, but you will also proc the Static Charge debuff less(not as much damage) you also have to wear Golden Scourge as your weapon, Sacred Harness as your belt, Cindercoat in your cube, Equip a Born's Chest to complete your set bonus.
• Mutilation Guard - Drop Moratorium, take more melee hits!
• Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac - Drop Leorics Signet(Group XP Boost), but gives you higher survivability and overall higher group damage
• Shield Glare: Divine Verdict - Drop Iron Skin for more group damage!

Kanai Cube Variants

• Sacred Harness - Doesn't matter which belt you wear, just make sure you have both Sacred Harness and Omnislash unique passives

Gemming

• Helmet: Flawless Royal Ruby(41% XP)
• Armor: Flawless Royal Diamonds

Ideal Stats

• Health: 1.2 Million+
• Armor: 14K+
• Resist All: 1000+
• Critical Hit Chance: Base, unless running Crit Slash with Pain Enhancer, you want 30%+ character sheet then
• Critical Hit Damage: Base
• Cooldown Reduction: 55%+
