Whirlwind Wind Shear

Deliver multiple attacks to everything in your path for 340% weapon damage.

While whirlwinding, you move at 100% movement speed.
Wind Shear

Gain 1 Fury for every enemy struck.

Whirlwind's damage turns into Lightning.
Battle Rage Bloodshed

Enter a rage which increases your damage by 10% and Critical Hit Chance by 3%. Lasts 120 seconds.

Wrenching Smash

Increase the area of effect to 24 yards. Enemies are pulled closer before the strike lands.

the stats listed are the priority stats you want on your gear once you hit 70. If you can find better use it but don't waste too much time farming starter yellow gear in normal mode. Crafting items is a viable option and remember all items break down to the same mats so as you are lvling up pick up everything and break it down for when you hit 70. You can save any good low lvl legendarys to wear in the cube. You will be adjusting away from this build as you get set bonuses and good legendary items but this will be random and you will have to work with what you have to form your best option for a build. Diamonds in chest/pants

Simple starter build for when you first hit 70 to get into torment 1 rifts and start farming greater rift keys for legendary gems and what ever random legendary drops you can manage to grab. Start farming yellows with the stats listed in normal rifts and once your stats are decent move to torment 1. Remember you can craft your items aswell. You will quickly move away from this build as you get set bonuses and other good legendarys but this is how you will start to farm thoes. As you get greater rift keys do grift lvl 1 just for legendary gems and work with what you have until you get the gems I listed.
