Boon of the Hoarder: Choosen for the extra movementspeed it gives when picking up gold at rank 25+. And to get some extra gold meanwhile you farm.

Gem of Efficacious Toxin: One of the gems in game that pets can proc. Some extra ticking dmg to make pets kill more monsters while you keep running.

Pain Enhancer: Another gem that also pets proc. This gem at 25+ if you have good crit chance will increase your dmg alot thanks to all the increased attack speed it gives you. So you will notice your sheet dmg will pendle alot with this gem.

Core: We want to always have 25% MS with the help from boots or any other item (exept Krem's Buff Belt). After that just go full Intellect if you don't find you lacking in health. We don't have any interest in putting any points in maximum resource since we barely use any mana at all.

Offense: The first choice for this is crit chance to make your pets proc the Pain Enhancer gem as much as possible for that extra dmg. After that go with crit damage and as third choice attack speed. Cooldown reduction could be a good choice if you want to make the most of the movement speed spells, but I find it to don't make that much difference with just putting the paragon points for it. But might help more if we use a diamond in helm. I guess I need more testing to be sure on that part.

Defense: Kinda stright forward here. Just go for resist all unless you have an insane ammount of it, then start with armour and then go all resist. Life % is good as a third if you don't have a rely big health pool and then want to choose life regen to be able to heal it up instead.

Utility: First choice here is defenately life on hit. This choice together with the rune we use with dogs make for some good amount of healing that can keep our helth high at most times even when we stand in bad stuff on the ground. Next choice is area damage, this will not proc off pets. And since we don't attack that much it won't help alot in our dmg output. But it's still better then the other 2 options we have to choose from. As third I go with gold find. You might want to use this as second if you're using this build to farm gold since the area damage don't help that much anyway. Resource cost reduction is the last thing you want to choose. We barely use any mana anyway, so why make that 1 spell that cost mana, cost less.

Build Guide

A build for anyone wanting to quickly do bounties. Locate events, goblins, achievement mobs or location, or anything else one might have the need to farm. With the use of Shukrani's Thriump off-hand we can easily and fast travel in spaces where there is few enemies and if we need to backtrack. Krem's buff belt is a good sped increase also, just like the Fierce Loyalty passive together with dogs. Lastly we use the Boon of the Hoarder legendary gem for some extra gold and speed.

You won't be killing much yourself with this build, but mostly just run and look for locations, mobs or events. And then let your fetishes do the dirty work for you like any other pet build. As for weapon I would just go with a weapon with as much dmg as you could get. Since we don't use Big Bad Voodoo an Star Metal Kukri is probably not going to be the go to in this build.

Hope you find this build helpfull and interesting. Now go out into Sanctuary and watch the mobs get confused when you come rushing by in the speed of lighning.
