Build Guide

This build is quite good if you just leveled a fresh level 70 crusader (or if you are still leveling one for that matter and while there are some other more viable builds for super late game farming, you need appropiate items for those. For this build all you need is a shield with a decent block chance).

For a more detailed, in-depth guide be sure to check out the following link: http://devizzlive.blogspot.com/2014/03/hardcore-guide-divine-warrior-how-to.html (it is out of date though, sorry about that, I will probably do some sort of update to the above post soonish).

Later on as you acquire better gear you might want to make some changes to this build;

- Laws of Justice become obsolete once you have enough EHP and Laws of Valor with the 'critical' rune is one of the best party buffs in diablo.

- If you feel like you don't need steed charge, you could go for Heaven's Fury with 'ascendancy' or Bombardment with 'impactful bombardment' rune.

- Swap out the fury rune on the Punish ability for the 'retaliate' one if your crit chance reached the 40%+ threshold or if you crit is much higher than your crit damage. Punish with fury gives best results early game when you don't have that much crit or if you have a lot of crit damage and no crit chance. Keep in mind that if you are playing solo, fury rune is much more effective given that you block more attacks. If you are planning on leveling in a 4 man party, going for retaliate ASAP might be a good idea. 'Roar' rune is also viable if you feel like you need more AoE dmg.

- Once you reach higher level, the 'Finery' passive can prove to be an extreme boost of both DPS and EHP thus replace either your 'indestructible' or 'vigilant' passive for it.

Good luck and embrace the hardcore!
