Build Guide

There's only one thing that depends on what you choose as equipment here.

Opt 1: The gargantuan dog + 500 Int from Jade + 500 int from Helltooth.

Opt 2: The gargantuan dog + the Fetish passive from Zunimassa's + 500 int from Helltooth or Jade.

Opt 3: The fetish Passive from Zunimassa's + 500 int from Helltooth + 500 int from Jade.

If you do the maths, then you can see that you can only have 3 of the passives at the same time.

Also i recommed this 2 legendary gems as a must:
-Enforcer: increases your pets dmg and at lvl 25 they take 25% less damage.

-Gem of efficacious toxin: applies poison on hit for 2000% weapon dmg and at lvl 25 any poisoned enemy takes 10% more dmg from all sources.

For the third legendary gem you can take either Simplicity's strength, pain enhancer or wreath of lightning
