OK stats:
- Cooldown Reduction (you dont really need it because you have Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac which reduces your CDs enough)

Augmenting:
Augment items with INT!
NOT DEX!
INT gives you Toughness.

Build Guide

This build is immortal. 1.3b+ toughness + Smoke Screen up all time thanks to Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac = you cannot die.

For more def party support you can switch Smoke Screen to Sentry - Guardian Turret.
