Call forth a pillar of lightning from the heavens that explodes, dealing 545% weapon damage as Lightning to any enemy within 8 yards. The explosion creates 6 piercing charged bolts that arc outward and deal 255% weapon damage as Lightning.
Fissure

Creates a fissure of lightning energy that deals 410% weapon damage as Lightning over 5 seconds to nearby enemies. If there is another fissure nearby, lightning will arc between them dealing an additional 135% weapon damage as Lightning with each arc.

Note: The Stone Gauntlet buff when hit outside of Steed Charge isn't removed when you cast SC and during it you are immune to all crowd control so you don't get the movement and attack speed penalties. As we have permanent SC with 50% base cdr, Gogok and Akarat's Awakening for convenience we can stay in SC the whole rift. 50% cdr means we can drop cdr on gloves for AS and weapon for 10% damage. SC doesn't make you invulnerable so blocks can reduce your cooldowns with the shield when you ride past the odd cunt you don't autocast FOTH on who hits you. Additional options are Justice Lantern instead of Unity for group rifts with str/cc/cd/block % or as/cc/cd/block%, extra cooldown and damage reduction and Laws of Valor: Critical if you aren't doing enough damage. You could also replace Long Arm Of The Law for Hold Your Ground for a more braindead playstyle which'd reset your SC a little faster.

Gear is obviously way harder to get than Valor set but is way tankier cuz of unity + perma aquila, 2% damage red per ancient piece, Stone Gauntlets and a free res off Skeleton King's.
