This is my take on a "Lazy" Zdps Demon Hunter.

It's easy to play and very fast.

Soul Shards:

weapon: Remnant of Pain (When you critically hit an enemy you increase all players attack speed by 5% stacking 10 times)

Helmet: Fragment of destruction (For cooldown reduction and movement speed) All res or vitality are good rolls on this shard.


So the reason why I call this lazy is because the difference between my Zdps and a Yangs Recurve / Multishot Zdps is that my build automaticly applies Marked for death on all enemies we hit which means we can chose to use either Death Toll rune for team healing or Grim Reaper rune for more team aoe damage when speed Grifting, this build also automaticly proc Iceblink through Vengeance since we have vengeance up permanently and with the cold rune we also freeze all enemis we get close to including rift guardians.

A Yangs recurve / Multishot Zdps have 2 more turrets and covers a bigger area of damage reduction but can not freeze enemies and have a more active gameplay since you must use multishot and apply marked for death manually which basicly forces you to use valley of death rune only.

I'm just gonna break down what this Zdps provides for the team:


50% chance to freeze all enemies you get close to.

10% critical hit chance to the team.

50% increased attack speed to the team.


260% increased damage to the team when standing in Oculus ring, 175% bonus damage is permanent to the team without oculus through (Wolf companion, gem of efficacious toxin, marked for death, Odysseys end)


25% damage reduction through Guardian Turrets (this build can only have 3 turrets active at the time but because of high CDR we can replace them)

35% enemy damage reduction through Numbing traps passive + Gem of efficacious toxin.
