Build Guide
I have enjoyed this build very much, because of it's flexibility! The best part about this build, is you can change out many parts to experiment, and get adequate results, as long as you are using the Dreadlands/CC sets.
Shadow Power: If you are dying too quickly, use Gloom. Otherwise, Shadow Glide will make you fast enough to glitch out the game XD
Strafe: Icy Trail is nice, because you deal increased damage to enemies without having to affect them with Bane of The Trapped. If you need the speed, though, you can't beat Drifting Shadows. It makes your movement speed increase exponentially!
Alternative Rings: Elusive Ring, Convention of Elements - If you are going to use these: swap RoRG in the cube for CoE
All items in the cube are required for this build. If you aren't using Focus & Restraint, you can put Elusive Ring in there, and then equip RoRG & The Compass Rose/Convention of Elements.
Weapons: Yang's Recurve gives the best results. You can use Fortress Ballista & Dawn if you don't have a good one, yet.(Put Ninth Cirri Satchel in the cube.) K'mar Tenclip should only be used if you don't have a good Fortress Ballista, yet. I don't recommend using Ramaladni's Gift unless the weapon is Ancient or Primal.
Wrists: Wraps of Clarity is the best all around, but if you already have enough defense to survive on T16, you can use Nemesis Bracers for the extra elites/rares, OR use Warzechian Armguards for even more movement speed.

Core: Movement Speed needs to be at 25% - Then fill your Maximum Resource. If you are under 600k health, use points in Vitality. After that, you can dump all Paragons into your Primary stat.
Offense: CHC, and CHD are priority. CDR will increase your damage as well, but not as much.
Defense: Resist All gives you the highest defense boost, but you need to have the 600k hp for it to be any good. So put points in Life% first if you need to.
Utility: RCR gives you defense because of the Captain Crimson 3-set bonus. If you are struggling keeping your hp up between potion uses, put points into Life on Hit before Area Damage.
