This is what I run for super speed GRs and when we're running with a ZNecro. If there is no znecro I will run Ground Stomp Wrenching Smash instead of Battle Rage. I will also switch out Messerschmidt's in the cube for The Executioner.

All paragon points in Vitality (after max movement speed) and take out Area Damage.

I've currently taken this build as high as GR 114 on Hardcore and have yet to proc!
