Helmet: Diamond (Cooldown Reduction)
Weapon: Amethyst (Life Gain on Hit)
Armor: Diamond (Elemental Resistances)
The only stat that really matters is Cooldown Reduction. You want as much CDR as possible on every piece of gear that can roll it.
Afterwards defensive stats help us survive the brunt of the damage. Vitality, Armor and % Max Life are all good stats.
Realistically you won't have much gear without Intelligence, but that's ok. Intelligence grants us a good chunk of Elemental Resistances so it is not a wasted stat.

Only Movement Speed here is really useful, so max Movement Speed then dump the rest into Maximum Resource (for Aquila Cuirass) and Vitality.
Cooldown Reduction first since this is our best stat by far. Attack Speed second to smooth things out, then dump.
Life, Armor, Resist All and Life Regeneration in that order. All useful stats.
Life on Hit is the way we stay alive, max that first. Resource Cost Reduction next to make sure our Aquilla Cuirass is always up. Dump for the rest.
