Aside from the obvious 6-item bonus, the critical things are the Sweeping Wind skills (from the belt and the Vengeful Wind weapon) and the Tempest Rush skills from Won Khim Lau and the cube (Balance and Mantle). Aughild items are as much for the reduction in damage taken (esp the 30% elite) as for the increase in damage dealt. Personal choice regarding amulet, differences appear to be minor. Critical Hit Damage is listed as a priority on rings, etc. to help with 1-on-1 battles with rift guardians or bosses, since Balance gives 100% crit chance for less than 3 enemies. So CHD prioritized over CHC. Other options for legendary gems are Bane of the Trapped and Pain Enhancer. Mantle can be swapped out for something else (shield from St. Andrew's Gage, extra damage reduction from Aquila Cuirass) if more defense is needed.

Build Guide
Balanced build, very good for fast clears. Designed to be useful for end-game content even without optimizing equipment stats. Very high movement speed, excellent damage with 100% uptime of Tempest Rush and Sweeping Wind. Defense relies on high dodge, high resistance, and decent damage reduction from skills and items.
One thing worth mentioning: you get a large damage boost by stopping Tempest Rush (due to flurry rune), but it's really short range and you have to be pretty much on top of the target. If possible, time it with cold cycle of Convention of Elements. If you start channeling again quickly, you won't lose stacks from Taeguk.
