Band of Might

If using weapons other than Bul-Kathos's set, you need to take Wind Shear rune for whirlwind. If you have Ambo's Pride equipped, a good option for cube is Messerschmidt's Reaper, or The Furnace.

Equip the best rings you have out of the three, cube the third. Zodiac and Band of Might are pretty much mandatory, with them you can use Convention of Elements, Stone of Jordan, Avarice Band, even The Compass Rose (in this case equip The Traveler's Pledge). Note, that you only get the toughness from the Endless Walk set, as you are always moving.

If you don't need to use Nemesis Bracers, you can use Mantle of Channeling in cube. Or you can have Lamentation in Cube, equip 2 pieces of Captain Crimson's set and use Ring of Royal Grandeur as your third ring.

Gogok of Swiftness can be replaced with Bane of the Powerful, Boon of the Hoarder (with Avarice Band, when not in Greater Rifts) or Wreath of Lightning (extra speed) if the increased cooldown reduction is not needed.

Leave area damage at 0% if playing in a group. This becomes more important the higher you go.

Remember that movement speed bonuses from gear and paragon cap at 25%, if you have 12% movement speed from boots, only take 13% from paragon!

Build Guide

Group variant of the build: Squirt's Necklace, Focus and Restraint equipped and Band of Might in cube.

Messerschmidt's Reaper equipped with Ambo's Pride in cube (preferrably) or Ambo's Pride and either Doombringer or Echoing Fury (or Sun Keeper, if no Crusader in party) equipped, with Messerschmidt's Reaper in the cube.

Change Battle Rage rune to Into the Fray.

If you don't need the cooldown reduction from Gogok of Swiftness, you can use Zei's Stone of Vengeance (rend still deals damage when you have already left the monsters behind.) or Bane of the Powerful for some extra damage.
