Build Guide
Why is this the "best" Demon Hunter Build for S19?
Well, it's to be fair maybe the 3rd best (after LoD and Nat RF) but the point is: Nat RF is only playable non season, cause it requires A LOT of Paragon so theres only LoD RF left. And Multishot is almost as strong as LoD in non season BUT it fits the S19 Season Theme WAAAY better then RF.
I will post a Video of my highest clear in S19 (but since i will push with every Class Solo it can take some time ^^)
Feel free to ask anything about this Build, whether gearing or playstyle related. THE ARE NO DUMB QUESTIONS!

Hey Kroptor!
Thanks for the guide. Since this is Physical based, why are you listing %fire on the Amulet and Bracer slots? I just want to make sure I'm not missing something!
Thanks!
Looking forward to seeing the video! Will be trying this build in S19.
+1
Upvote! nice guide! will be trying this season 19, may the RNG gods give me lots of delicious primals.
Thanks for this build but two questions.
1: why fire % it is most of the builds that say physical and the multishot rune is physical. while if you went with bomb and grendender with the fire % the damage would be higher. This would mean you would no use the favor of time, instead use a Hellfire with one of the passive skills and just hope for CDR,CHC,AD.
2: Why use the favor of time over squirts, the survivability of this build should be high enough to use it. I have always felt that the favor is to RNG based it can be good if you get good pylons in your run but almost useless if you run into 1 conduit during your run. Even if you get a power or shield pylon the benefits of squirts if you have a mostly melee Rift would be a lot more consistant damage ( but less toughness).
Again thanks for this build info. I am just coming back after a few seasons and i know a lot has changed.
My bad, it should be %Physical ^^ thanks for letting me know
I edited it and thanks
1) Was a mistake in writing the build, it should be %Physical (The fire rune is better for speedfarming and since i almost only speedfarm i just always think about the fire rune when i think about Multishot, maybe thats why i mixed sth up)
2) Your absolutely right, this build can easily sustain with Squirt's and it would average more damage. Heres why i prefer Flavor of Time over it:
- You need to fish for a good map either way in D3 to achieve your highest clear.
- A almost "perfect" map would be festering woods or battlefields with a 3-5elite conduit and a power pylon at the boss,
- So no matter if with or without squirts you 'should' fish for sth like that in oder to push your limits and in this perfect situation with those 2 juicy pylons a Flavor of Time would grant more than a squirts
so basicall it depends on you, if you want to fish for the perfect situation wear Flavor of Time but if you just want to play whatever you get you should consider playing with Squirts, i hope i was able to clarify things ^^
English isnt my native language so iam sorry if i made some mistakes that makes the post incomprehensable
Is it possible for you to post the LoD build on another page for this season if anything has changed from it.
Thanks
Sorry for late reply, was busy these days ^^
If you mean the Rapid Fire LoD (which i assume) iam currently working on it and will finish it later this day.
I just finished it: https://www.diablofans.com/builds/105794-s19-best-dh-solo-push-lod-rapid-fire
Thanks for the great guide! I'm trying this build and am having a lot of fun with it
I have two remarks on the guide:
Related to these, I have a question: I was super lucky (on my very first upgrade rare!) to get an almost perfectly rolled Ancient Yang's Recurve with the following stats:
Following your guide, I should roll away the Dexterity for AD. But keeping the Dex and gaining 12 * 350% Multishot damage by only sacrificing a measly 1.2% Stun on hit sounds soooo much better to my noob mind What would you do?
First of all YES you absolutely NEED to roll +MaxDisci everywhere you can!
Tbh i just thought this would be obvious but its wrong since everyone who already know the build wouldn't look up a guide at all.
Iam new to making guides so i appreciate every tip, that helps me improving my guides, thanks for that (i will edit the Build in regards to the Max Discipline)
When it comes to CDR there are 2 important thing to know,
What does that mean?
CDR is pretty much a waist at all and my stat page is outdated (since it took some time to actualy understand the CC damage buff) i will update this aswell
Thanks for your answer!
OK, that gives me yet another option for my bow:
Do you (or anyone else) have a tip for me on this?
Unhallowed is absolutely the best set in the game. It keeps me playing that's how much I like it. Multishot ftw.
The "best" would be : +MaxDiscipline, %Dmg, AD, Dex (ordered by priority)
So in your case you absolutely should roll Discipline
Thanks again!
I have only one "dumb" question: How to farm the needed gear efficiently? I've started the season with the Rend Barb and now I have my naked 70 DH with the 500+ paragon. Farming bloodshards and spend them or farming mats and upgrade items in the cube? I play solo most of the time.
Well, rather generic answer (to a generic question): If you have nothing, you need to do everything:
You can do all of the above on your main, but then you won't get the DH items, obviously. On the other hand, you don't have much to lose when running bounties, I'd sure do those on your main just to get the mats quicker.
Spend your resources wisely:
Thank you!
Any tips about whats the best potion to use and the partner (templar, scoundrel or enchantress) ??
Question- I've crafted several Captain Crimson's belts and legs- but in every case where they were ancient I could not roll Resist all (alongside the Dex/Vit).
Am I doing something daft that it's not an option? The options I was getting in rolling off "Increases Rapid fire" etc. was only +Armor, Life per sec or "Increases ability X"
Thanks.
Hi,
Why not use Stone of Jordan and maybe elusive ring/CoE instead of focus restraint? Wouldn't the discipline on the stone of jordan be more dmg than the set bonus from the 2 rings?
