Build Guide

First of all, this is just a theory build craft, so you can see lots of stupid things i add to the build. :P
Changed to Won Khim Lau since patch notes came out : atm i will set cyclone strike runes to healing runes, if atking with tempest rush always trigger Cyclone Strike then healing runes is a must.
If its had Cooldown then the Frozen runes for CC and dmg bonus.
So, idk... had 2 wait for S19 come out.

-------Stacks Cooldown and Resoure Reduce as much as you can for the benefit of captain crimson set. 50% cooldown is ideal stats.( stack more if you can for the Captain Crimson bonus).
-------Reason for Tempest Rush in left mouse is: you can set other active skills while not interupt Tempest Rush Charge stacks.

You can force move mouse click then hold shift for tempest rush.

------- You can swap for Mantra of Salvation if you want.

-------I'm not sure if 1 Air Allies can sustain our resoure but since we had Captain Crimsion set

------You can swap Bane of Trapped for : Gogok but i think since you have 50% cdr so i think no need for that.
: Esoteric if u find that elemental damage is too big for you but Harmony will cover that.


-------The biggest problem for this build is : PHYSICAL damage........ so find items that add : Physical Res will help you susstain.

: Reduce Melee Damage.

: Reduce Ranged Damage.


NOTES ::::: At early paragon you will find lacking HP, so you getting 1 shotted by mobs is normal... so you need to invest some paragon points in Vit to make sure you can tank abit.


-----In the end this is just a theory craft build but who know if it gonna competitive able? had to wait till S19 came out.
