In-geom and Wand of Woh Can be flip-flopped in between equipped and cubed. I suggest cubing the Woh for the 400% damage increase.
The cubed armor slot can be switched out for almost anything, 20% fire damage does me good.
RoRG is a must have.
The armor skill can be switched around almost at will. Scramble is a good option if you find yourself with plenty of Arcane Power.
~~ IMPORTANT ~~
The build is highly centered around a high damage weapon. Ancient is a must have in the weapon slot. The higher the dmg range, the better.
Build is meant for bounties and t16 key farming.

The build is centered around the Crimson CDR dmg increase, run CDR > CHC > CHD > AS.

Build Guide
I am a fan of the Tal Rasha set and in a world ful of Vyr's a little change is nice here and there. This build is for speed running bounties and rifts.
T13 clears super easy with a normal wand/in-geom and t16 becomes viable after an ancient upgrade.
Don't flame me too hard for liking Tal's.
