There is no preference about the legendary gems, you can use whatever you want and you can change the Wave of Light for Epiphany (Desert Shroud) to receive even more damage from enemies.

Build Guide
This monk build is intended to tank everything, it's not a DPS build, it's a support one.
How to use this build:
- Activate Sweeping Wind
- Dash unto enemies
- Use Cyclone Strike
- Use Crippling Wave
- Now keep dashing, using Clyclone Strike and Crippling Wave to attract enemies to you, while your pals do al the damage in safe.
- You can change the Wave of Light for Epiphany (Desert Shroud) to receive even more damage from enemies.
WIth 1200+ paragon level you can tank GR 150 solo, you won't kill anyone but you will not get even close to die.
