I've been trying to perfect this build for the last few months, as well. But, I never had the chance to finish the build, completely. But, here you go. When you start the build the same way, as usual. For the weapon, if the Etrayu bow doesn't work, revert back to the Yang's Recurve. Proper stats for the Etrayu would be Cold damage > XX% Cold > Dexterity > Resource Cost Reduction over XX% damage. And, for your Hellfire Amulet, Cold Skill damage and Double Crit ( Critical Chance & Critical Damage ). But for the passives, just 2. Awareness for the health problems, especially when getting 1 - shotted or Steady Aim for damage from a distance. Now, for the legendary gems, this is relatively easy. Zei's Stone of Vengeance for doing damage from a distance, Bane of the Trapped ( best offensive gem in the game ) and Bane of the Powerful for Elite Hunting, especially, from elite pack to elite pack.

Paragon Priorities

For this build, would be just like any other UE builds, pre - P800 :

Core :

Movement speed > Primary stat > Vitality > Maxed Resource

Offensive :

CDR > CHC ( 10 : 1 ratio ) > CHD > Att. Speed

Defensive :

All Resist > Armor > Life > Life Regen

Utility :

RCR > Area Damage > Life on Hit > Gold Find
