5th Passive: Eternal Torment
"Now if you play this build at lower paragon you will just die because this build sacrifices a good chunk of toughness for more mobility/damage.
Changes you can do from should do to should not really do to increase toughness:
Drop Fueled by Death for Stand Alone (you probably want this if you play at like below 2.5k Paragon especially if you are not super confident.)
Drop Pestilence Chest and Gloves of Worship for Pestilence Gloves and Aquila Cuirass
Drop Lost Time for Stormshield (At that point you are at what I would consider the Standard build for lower level play)
If you still have trouble surviving you can drop one of your Bracers in the Cube with Dayntees Binding, but then you have to coordinate with your Barb to have Nemis.
Maybe do this when you are way underleveld (think doing like 108 Rats at sub 1k Para).
As for how you roll items get CDR and IAS wherever possible and just stack defense on the other items.

Now for general tips:
Keep track of where you are going, you are the ZNec you decide the direction.
Don't macro/numlock anything, but Devour. You want to be flexible with all of your spells.
Use Blood Nova when you have time. Usually I try to go with a Rhytm of Jump Jump then two Novas, but only if I have to reset my land, if not I just jump.
Use your LotD when it goes down. If there is time where your land is already ready again, but not yet run out you can use that time to move.
After the first LotD there will be a downtime if you don't hit a pack immediately. The second simulacrum can just cover here."

Turn off Area Dmg and Gold Find paragon points when playing in party, it causes massive lags.
