Two RCR affixes on gear recommended. First on shoulder. The second one can go on either weapon or source.

Attack speed preferred on rings, gloves, weapon.

All other damage related affixes such as Twister%, extra CHC, CHD, Arcane%, %Dmg on weapon, etc. are not required to make the build work, though the build would benefit from these, if you're able to get them.

RoRG is placed as worn because it's not likely you'll have a well rolled Karini (AS / CHC / CHD / Socket), however feel free to cube RoRG and wear Karini if you do have a good one.

Avarice Band and Goldwrap with Boon of the Horder for Speed Gold Farm T13 at higher paragons.

Ranslor's Folly is placed as worn, because it is the more important bonus, however, feel free to cube this to take advantage of the max multiplier if you are able.

Required bonuses to make the build work are: DMO6, Aether Walker (Speed) or Deathwish (Grift), Twisted Sword, Ranslor's Folly, Etched Sigil, Halo of Karini, and Hergbrash's.

You have flexibility in the armor / ring slot in the cube or worn.

Some suggestions that will also give you flexibility to build a late season gold / T13 build include:

Can cube Mantle of Channelling or Nemisis Bracers. If cubing Bracers, you wear mantle of channeling and cube RORG or Halo of Karini.

If cubing Channelling you can then cube Convention of Elements for more Damage.
