Build Guide
Includes GR 85+ Speed build changes (for 2-3 min solo speed farm) and
GR 110+ solo push changes (I've cleared 112 solo with 1583 paragon, and 115 solo with ~2700 paragon)
Basic Required Items: Full Rathma Set, Haunted Visions Amulet, Reaper's Wraps
Avarice Band = 30 pickup radius => More damage, easy health and progression globe pickup, run speed (from legendary gem)
Offhand:
Really, the offhands are just used for their stats (damage, int, chc, etc.) so the legendary affect is not important.
BestInSlot offhand is Lost Time, because of the movement speed boost. In combat you receive a 60% movement speed bonus.
Easier to gear is Bone Ringer* which always rolls with CHC, so more likely to get CHC, Skeletal Mage Damage, Cooldown Reduction.
=================================
Weapon: In-Geom
Unlimited Blood Rush is sweet; kill 3 elites to have 100% Land of the Dead and Simulacrum up-time.
Armor: Nemesis Bracers / Steuart's Greaves / Gloves of Worship
Nemesis Bracers means more cooldown refresh, and more loot, and more progression orbs. Solid choice.
Steuart's Greaves - Optional, but I personally find that losing 1 elite spawn is not worth it. You blood rush a bit farther with these boots, but you can already move extremely fast by smashing blood rush.
Gloves of Worship - If you are in a group with another fast character that wears nems, you may try Gloves of Worship. This is for key-blasting when you are planning on doing it for over 20 minutes.
It sure is sweet to get 10 minute empowered. You don't even have to kill anything and you have 100% uptime. Also 10 minutes of 25% attack speed = big damage boost. Definitely a long term farming option.
Jewelry: Circle of Nailuj's Evol rolls from blood shards at level 1 as necromancer*
Krysbin's Sentence rolls with Attack Speed - More likely to get AS, CHD, CHC ring, but less likely overall to get CHD and CHC together because there is a greater chance of rolling mainstat than CHD or CHC. Circle of Nailuj's Evol can roll Cooldown, CHD, CHC, while Krysbin's most likely will not roll that way.
Just cube the worst one you have of the two.

* - denotes an easy gearing opportunity
=================================
Diamond in Helm / Topaz in Armor / Emerald in Weapon
Boon of the Hoarder - Gold farm for the purpose of armor. With Goldwrap, you are indestructible after killing a few enemies and picking up ~ 500k gold.
Bane of the Trapped - Damage and slow triggers Krysbins 2x damage boost.
Enforcer - It's a pet build!
=================================
Skeletal Mages - Singularity This is your damage. I have 660 Max essence with Simulacrum up which means a full power mage cast is 4x mages with each one doing 2180% weapon damage with each hit. Scythe of the Cycle also gives 5x damage, Rathma set gives 41x damge, etc. there are a lot of huge damage multipliers.
LotD: Gives you globes, freezes enemies (which = 4x damage from Krysbin's). [With LotD on left mouse button, you force-stand and click (default is shift+click). It just feels right... you will see].
Simulacrum: Rathma Necro with Skeletal Mages means Essence = Damage. Reservoir gives you double essence when active, and gives you double mages cast when active. Synergy with Overwhelming Essence passive skill = 80 essence from passive.
Devour: Synergy with Life from Death passive skill to spawn globes, also grants 50% Life with full stacks.
Bone Armor: Harvest of Anguish makes you speedy and that's what you needy.
Blood Rush: Hemostasis - no life cost for peace of mind. Alternatively you can use Potency for a broken amount of toughness, or Metabolism if you want to play fast and loose.
Final Service passive: Cheat death, once you get goldwrap buff up, you wont trigger cheat death unless you stop picking up gold. So when you are comfortable with the build you can use something else (Fueled by Death, or try something fun?) Blood is Power passive: You can experiment with this one. I find this is what makes it most consistent for 3x elites => cooldown refresh. without this sometimes I need to kill 4 elites.
Potion: Rejuvenation (purple) - if you get in a pinch, drop below 50% HP and you get another shot at 2x mages (or 4x if you have Simulacrum up). This can save you from getting locked without essence or cooldown (happens when you space out too much). Also can give you enough juice to bust a door blocking your way.
