So this is a build I found but tweaked it a bit my way. The original build is by Blatty [S12] T13 Speed TalRasha WoH.

So with this build Meteor will be dropping a lot and I love Meteor. So again I tweaked it my way for a powerful Meteor strike.

I will agree with the original build with the in Kanai's Cube Wand of Woh, Goldwrap, and Avarice Band. But, as you can see in my build I built for a heavy Meteor kill. So instead of the Wand of Woh, I used The Grand Vizier, Nilfur's Boast and Halo of Karini. Now the Halo of Karini works well with this build too. That's why I put it in.
