Bullshit, how you gonna try to say that it was a bug, the damn patch notes noted 1500%, that's not a damn bug, maybe a mistake, or maybe they didn't realize that the majority of DH's would take advantage of this, but don't call it a damn bug!!!!!
I normally don't get mad but that's a damn slap in the face!!
It is possible, but incredibly unlikely. If you would have read the post or/and have any shred of idea about development (I have btw) you would know that things like the numbers in the tooltips or large chunks of changelogs are generated automatically and processed. Nobody has time to write all this from hand! -

each level increases your NV buff total, so for example you hit 61 your NV stack max's out at 6
so 85 will give you an extra 25 stacks, bringing your max NV stacks to 30, 30 x 15% =450% MF through NV
also 25-30 stacks of NV reduces the Cool downs of your spells by 25%
Never ever going to happen since it doesn't solve the problem.
Why is all this wild speculation going on anyways? We don't know yet so all talk about it is wasted bandwidth and time. -

Exactly my thoughts. I started a DH and a WD these days. I will no longer buy any items for my Inferno Barb before this patch is released and likely not play him that much until that time. -

Uh... SK has over 6 times the amount of HP in Inferno than Hell. Sounds like a good time.
Check the other monsters' stats (hell <-> inferno) as well. Health goes up x5 minimum and damage goes up like crazy. Everyone who knows only a little about balancing/gamedesign knows that such high numbers are required to "break through" the players' defenses.

PTR patch notes today said that you will need more rift progress to complete a rift. That plus the eventual changes to RGs having less life will make it so killing non-elites will actually matter.
Then again, I am sounding like a Blizzard fanboy with rainbows in his eyes. Furnace will probably be the best choice for a lot of builds. Shard of Hatred is nice, but not that nice.

No. You extract an items power (the item is lost in the process) and you equip that power like a passive skill into a specific slot. You have 3 slots: weapons, armor and jewelery.

No I wasn't aware of that. I am not claiming to have any more idea about the subject than you guys do. Just wanted to brainstorm a little Barbarian specific.

There are a lot of threads already going on this topic, but they are all messy and for all classes. I'd like to compile a list of legendary affixes to narrow down the possibilities when the patch hits specifically for Barbarians.
Here are some obvious choices to get started. Feel free to add your thoughts on any of them plus additional ideas. I am pretty sure, that the obvious choices will not be the ones that we will be using in a couple of weeks.

* If you extract the legendary power of an item, it will be stored as a max-roll. So any item you find of that type will do.
* You can not extract set items.
* Offhands and shields will also count for your weapon slot extract. Source
* Hellfire Amulet can not be extracted (blue confirmed).

I leveld it to 20 and the gem starts to get my damage back on a level it once was. However, one question remain: Does the toxin gem trigger itself and apply the 10% debuff as well even if I don't use any poison damage spells?
