Give me at least 2008 graphics and I'd trade D3 for D2 anytime. I'd even pay 60$ for it, nothing changed to gameplay (except maybe potions spamming removed) just updated graphics (and not even today's graphics).
Personally, I am suprised no one came up with some kind of patch that would basicly just upscale the whole game via a post processing shader. Just enough so it can smooth pixels out to be a bit easier on the eyes. À-la- SNES emulators upscale filters.
I doubt it would do the trick to make it acceptable to play again. But on a side note there are already custom patches that enables higher resolution, but it doesnt scale with the action bar so it looks weird.
Anyways, beside some limited gameplay features, D2 was so amazing in terms of art style (for its time indeed) and the environments were always fun to play over and over (and more randomized than D3 linear acts/lacks of dungeons). I'm so underwhelmed by D3 in those aspects... too bad Blizz North didn't live to make D3.

With gear swapping enabled there is no more risk in going MF or not right now. Just more annoying.

I must admit their attitude towards us is pathetic recently: "yo, we've been hacked, but don't worry we're giving you a dev blog to make you forget it"

Seriously, we all agree that MF in co-op is only bringing problems (probably more with the removal of it being shared) so why not just remove it and replace it with an extended Nephalem Buff stacking for exemple. This would really promotes playing co-op.
And I would even don't mind about it being removed in the whole game, if in the other hand they raise the drop chances or extend Nephalem Buff stack possibilities by at least 5 or 10 (and still more in co-op, why not up to act stacking NB).
Maybe I'm totally wrong too, I'm not a very hardcore player (about 200 hours played since launch) so I might be missing something.

I've by far managed to get a lot more gold/gear at playing the AH than farming.
If you want to have fun play the game and farm, if you want gear play the AH.

Thats pretty amazing, but seriously, I hope you do realize you're very lucky to get all of this great gear for such a low price in the same hour?
I check the AH pretty often when I got the money for an upgrade and rarely I encoutered such deals.
Or maybe I'm just really unlucky..

For the price the OP paid, it is nearly impossible yes. But still it gives you a good idea of how much it costs for those stats and what are the possibilities with those prices (add around 200-500k from the OP prices).
I admit I now use his gear as an indication if a piece I want to buy is worth it stats/price-wise.

Indeed, but you still need 10+ millions worth of gear to do it.

I currently use VIT on everything exept on my weapon wich has +crit% damage.
Anybody on inferno has any idea? Since STR provides dps and armor it means less damage but how much is it better than having more life?

A friend of mine with the same stats (time and lvl) found 2 so far (1 in normal and 1 in hell)

I'm using this build almost since the begginig (modified with runes as I leveled) and when compared to other its the one I like the most.

Why I like it (not including passives):
Permanent +30% bonus damange
Permanent +40% bonus to armor (applying to whole party as well)
Ground stomp that draws enemies closer
Bash that gives +12 fury each hit
Revenge at 30% probability to trigger
Hammer of the ancients either at 270% wep damage or whatever other runes so you can kill a huge bunch of enemies after using ground stomp to put them all very close to each other.
And the fact that War Cry generate enough fury for Battle Cry makes it so you can always cast both before a fight.
Note that I orient my gear a lot towards vit+ so I'm now around 23k at level 52 and do about 3k dps (Now in Hell after SK).
Soloed Diablo on nightmare easily with this. And I'm still using it right now.
I might want to adjust passive though but I don't have an Idea about what to change since I'm getting 1% heal permanently and bonus to armor. Any tips on Passives?

But I beat him somewhat easily at my first try soloing him.
But.. I'm using a Barb build oriented towards survivability so I guess its the easiest way to beat him

By the way I find this build to be pretty awesome, useful in almost every situations.
