I believe if you want an item you just can't seem to get hold of you need at least 16 rares and mats worth (400 of each) and upgrade all of them in a row so you give RNG a chance to get around to what you want. I've found if you break the upgrade sequence and come back to it again then you will get the same easy to get items up first again.

Demonmonger posted a message on Season 9 JourneyPosted in: Diablo III General DiscussionBlizzard needs to add QoL microtransactions to this game!
I know a lot of people that would buy stash tabs, pets, portrait frames, unique transmogs, etc..... and all of this profit would help add a revenue stream to provide quality content either in D3 or in a future Diablo game.
Do not get me wrong, I appreciate the fact they are allowing us to earn stash tabs, pets, transmogs, as well as adding the new armory and crafting tab for free. However, I feel like they lost out on a golden opportunity to bring in some much needed revenue to truly get this game where it needs to/should be.

oldschool_2o4f posted a message on Stash tab for non-seasonal playersPosted in: Diablo III General Discussion"Casuals" like "me" have been playing since the original Diablo came out and need all the space they can get because they don't drop better gear, or complete sets as fast as the "obsessed" players, especially when at any given moment over the years sets are reworked.
My interpretation of "casual" is I don't give a good &^%&^ about leaderboards. I want all sets kept, so I can play any class anytime I want.
Oh, and the last thing I think about generally, is whether someone else presumes to know what I do or don't need.
Thanks Bags, I know you feel me.
And this "casual" did the whole journey last season, because it was just sitting there almost done and within reach. Nothing gained...

@ Bagstone.
I posted a few tips on the AU/NZ D3 forums here (just disregard the ANZ forum one if you're not from down under):

Also look up Genji Runs Tips... if Overwatch players can get their heads around HOTS, D3 players sure can as well.
As for Azmodan, I think you'll find that he'll be a good choice. Don't worry about the heal. Assemble a laser build as Seriious09 says as after you fire the laser (which requires you getting in defenses attack range) you can step backwards whilst still firing to get out of their range. You could also get your team mates that are tanks to walk ahead and take the hits whilst you set up.

Well finally! After all the events in Heroes of the Storm that grant rewards for WoW and OW, D3 finally gets something. Here are the details...

As someone who plays HOTS quite a bit, it's a pretty easy task for a pretty cool pair of wings.

Waste of time. You might be able to wear the set at lvl1 but will you be able to select the skills needed for your build/complimentary with the set?
It also takes 15min or so to get a powerlevel to 70. If solo, just make sure you have a leveling weapon with gem of ease, Leoric's Signet, Hellfire Ring, and leoric's crown with max level ruby.

Yep, keep all leg gems out of what you save into the armoury.
At this point, I'm really wishing they had made the armoury store items instead of thinking on my behalf with how items are to be moved around.

Yep, just these two things alone will be pretty major to patch in.

Wyrdward's affix is similar to Paralysis but it's not Paralysis so it does not work.
Besides, Wizards require too many rings as it is already.

I'm guessing you're done with the campaign and are looking for what to do with your level 70 character now. Diablo 3's end game is all about gearing up a powerful character to tackle higher difficulties which is why people tend to post build guides. What you do to get there depends on what you need to do next as far as gear is concerned. Activities boil down to (and all of these are done in Adventure Mode) the 3 activities listed by Solmyr77 plus uber battles. Here's a slightly outdated guide from Gamespot:
http://www.gamespot.com/articles/diablo-3-reaper-of-souls-what-to-do-after-you-reach-level-70/1100-6418820/
You can also go on the hunt for cosmetic items. Here's a few links to help:

But as others have said, your main focus should be gearing up a high difficulty viable build first and for that, you're best to get a six piece class set first. Easiest way is to participate in seasons which will grant you a free full set once you've done the first 4 chapters of the seasonal journey. Here's a guide to seasons to get you started:

Next season starts on 6th Jan 5pm PST.

Life will get in the way of gaming and some Day 1s you'll have a good run and others, things don't go as planned.
In S5, my group stuffed up the Day 1 process, S6 ran better with a player getting us Leorics via SK and me finding a decent Seismic Slam bracer (which obviously scales with damage as I upgraded weapons) but no one else got good leveling weapons so I was left carrying the team (had to waste a lot of mats crafting leveling weapons as well). S7 my drops weren't brilliant and I ran the run to the SK but overall, the group got some good drops and we all managed to craft a leveling weapon after half a dozne tries so that was the best Day 1 I had.
I usually have someone who needs to bail simply because my clan has a lot of parents and they do need to tend to their kids. I'll continue the leveling and carry them for that last 20lvls they have when they get back. I've learnt a bit about family this season having to miss out on Day 1 S8 to tend to my mum who going through chemo and have appreciated getting back the powerlevels I've given out.
Whilst it can be extremely satisfying to run the perfect day 1 and blitz ahead on the charts, it's definitely more enjoyable just to focus on what you can control (namely adapting to RNG) and just enjoy what comes your way.
