first of all id like to say: The fire-enchanted mongrouls are nothing new. they were first seen in the gameplay trailer. you can actually see the process of summon mongroul then fireball on him at 16:28-16:30. watch the female witch doctor. also if you notice at 17:15-17:19, the fire mongroul's flame seems to have dimmed and lost color after taking a beating from the Siege Assualt beast. Is this a indication of each mongroul's health? or just that the fire slowely fades away?
as for the new monster, im LOVING it. and as someone said, it goes very well with tremors. whats what i thought of when i read about "being safe on the rocks." I think one of my favorite things about these is the idea of a pack comming after you, burrowed. since you can see them partially while their burrowed, it would be rather scary haha.
i just hope they dont turn out like the maggots and desert birds, where you cant hit them while their in the air/underground. lets also hope they are like sandleapers from act2. extremely fast and dart around with an occasional attack

Alot of people were thinking of going the route of pure RMAH to make money. Granted diablo is a game that throws money at you right and left, I dont think it will be like d2 where you hit max gold in only an hour or so, since you sink all of it in so much. from crafting, to upgrading, to increasing stash size, merchants, etc. I was a little worried the gold auction house would go mostly untouched. But after seeing the price of these items, I'm not as worried.
What do you guys think of the value of gold in diablo3? Can't say for certain until we're playing the game, but first glance? Will you use RMAH or GAH?

i was really hoping my demon hunter would dual wield hand crossbows, but after a quick glance at stats (no number crunching or anything like that) i dont think it will be quite as good

might be loosely based on it, but not the same. the one in d3 is actualy a mountable beast like the ones in act5 for diablo 2 that let imps jump on their back

i'd be fine with cows again. im sure alot of people would too. but it doesnt have to be cows, it just cant be pink and baby blue unicorns. i mean at the VERY least make them white with brown hair or something.
im not one of those people that complained about the rainbow in the launch trailer, and i never complained about d3 not being 'dark' enough, but making these pink and baby blue unicorns the secret level in response to the major uproar of the 'not dark enough' graphics is taking it too far. pink and baby blue unicorns have no place in the world of diablo
