I think it is awesome! I hope when they gave the site up the said you have six months to bring it to life or we get it back!!!! Either way I'm sure they are worried that conan/ warhammer will pull people away from wow and will counter with D3, SOoooooo looking forward to the end of June!!!!!!!! Congrats and look forward to the new site
I Voted Not Really impressed, because i really was'nt, Knowing that d3 wont be announced and blizzard taking over diablo3 sites is not new,( remember what happened to gayardos) i think blizzard taking diabloiii.es was more something to be hyped for than diablo3.com , no offense if blizzard is taking diablo3.com as their main site for diablo3 then they should atleast take http://www.diablo2.com/ too.

We're trying to balance satisfying the fans and also creating a game that feels like our own.
Think it's great news for all reasons above.. about getting diablo2.com, nah that wouldn't be relevant, the game is out for ages and there's probably nothing to it, and then they should also get www.diablo.com, which I don't know if it exists or not and I'm not interested in knowing.
Anyway, I something just clicked, and what if in June the diablo3.com domain redirects to a teaser website? I believe it's the most probable thing to happen, seeing how starcraft2.com was and also, this time Blizzard doesn't have any other franchise in need of a sequel other than Diablo... so maybe were getting closer and closer to the awesomeness of another Diablo game.
I knew this was going to be it, I chose "It's ok" because I'm pretty sure its going to be announced on th 29th, so any news disregarding the announcement up until then will be immune to me.

/pray its announced on the 29th, a trailer would make me grow a big rubbery one for diablo.
They could thank us in the form of a super unique monster name
They should name a Quill Rat "Medieval Dragon, the incompetent" for giving us overhyped news.

What is normal? Normal is a concept that everyone or a majority of people are the same or similar. However, we know that everyone is unique. If everyone is unique, then everyone is different. If everyone is different, then everyone is weird. If everyone is weird, then everyone is normal.
so one can only hope that it'll be announced in the next couple of months with a trailer then with some lore and other game info....although they may hold off announcing it until WOTLK comes out so not to overshadow it and Starcraft2

Who really cares? WOTLK is an expansion to an already enormous game. They get content all the time, it shouldn't matter if another stupid expansion gets attention or not.
I doubt it would get more hype and overshadow SC2 for this reason: Diablo is completely different gameplay, genre, and style from SC. The two games appeal to completely different people groups. Although there are those who love to play both, people obviously like one more than the other, they're too different to like equally. Any hype that might overshadow SC2 would be generated because more people would naturally be excited about Diablo. However, I doubt that's the case- I think SC is more popular wordl wide over Diablo, isn't it?
I can only invision Blizzard making MAYBE two more expansions after WotLK
Blizzcon 2005: Metzen said they planned already 7 planets accessible through 7 portals. Those portals created by Ner'zhul in Warcraft 2: Beyond the Dark Portal which Illidan sealed in Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne will now be open by us now that Illidan is dead.
Now if you add the South Seas and maybe Emerald Dream that's 9 expansions unless hey add South Seas and Emerald along with one or two of those 7 planet expansions.
Very doubtful. Northrend alone has taken almost two years after Burning Crusade. That's a single continent. It only took them one year after WoW classic to release Burning Crusade.
Blizzard.com
It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
I found out a lot of people are ignorant and can't read, too.
