There has recently been a lot of trademark activity over at blizzard. The trademarks include "Diablo", "Frostmorne" and "Darkmoon Faire". We can only hope the recent Diablo trademark activity is leading up to some kind of announcement. Each have to do with the following.
Diablo - "ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES, NAMELY, PROVIDING ON-LINE COMPUTER AND VIDEO GAMES, ON-LINE PUBLICATIONS IN THE FIELD OF TIPS AND STRATEGIES FOR COMPUTER GAMES; ARRANGING AND CONDUCTING COMPUTER GAME COMPETITIONS; ENTERTAINMENT IN THE NATURE OF AN ONGOING TELEVISION PROGRAM IN THE FIELD OF CHARACTERS AND PLOTS BASED ON A VIDEO GAME; AND PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MOTION PICTURES"
Darkmoon Faire - Computer game tournaments held on-line and in-game; providing news and information about computer games; entertainment services, namely, providing on-line computer games, and featuring tips and strategies for computer games; downloadable electronic publications, namely newsletters, magazines and catalogues in the field of video game entertainment
They are holding the sequel to diablo 2 lod...execlusive...if blizzard tells their fans of their execlusive game, then it wouldn't be execlusive Dont worry boys...Diablo 3 is coming.

Those before me shall quiver in my wake as I unleash the fury within!
the Diablo trademark file gives us some more hope, at last
Frostmourne and Darkmoon Faire are part of the Warcraft lore tho.
Frostmourne is the sword of Arthas, crafted by Ner'zhul (aka Lich King). Darkmoon Faire is a Faire that travels from Elwynn to Mulgore once every month and has some nice fun features. Since Frostmourne was filed i'm guessing of the next WoW expansion (prolly will have to do with Arthas his realm of Northrend. Cant wait for news about everything.
I was looking on Blizzard Entertainment for more clues and I found some new job positions http://www.blizzard.com/jobopp/ if anyone is interested. The newest job position is Trade Show/Events Coordinator. Sounds like they are getting ready for E3 most likely.
Doesn't anyone remember? They're not doing E3 anymore. It's gonna be mostly private expositions for initial info and then companies will show stuff off at the brand-spanking-new Entertainment for All Expo (E for All). Hopefully they'll announce the freakin game before then. If they announced it once that publishing thing happens that would be bitchin. It seems like we've been seeing stuff about D3 for a while, and that trademarking stuff began in 2005, so I'm guessing they're keeping it under wraps until it's closer to completion, considering all the hassle they went through with every game they've released since and including Warcraft 1. That way they won't have to deal with harrasment when they inevitably delay the release. That's my 2 cents
yeah-hoo, thats the schweeTEst thang i been hurrin' in all da landz

Come and tear my skin, fear what's within
Its massive darkness filling my world
Submerged rage writing unspoken words
Yeah I know, it sucks that E for All isn't for like 6 months :(. But maybe Blizzard will have mercy and announce it sooner. It seems like they'd want to build up some hype for E for All and announce it sooner. What better way to attract more Blizzard fans?
I think there is a MASSIVE giveaway that d3 is around the corner, not sc sequel.
My main reasoning? and i quote: "Frostmorne - Replica weapons, namely swords and daggers; sword scabbards; sword belts"
Now i dont know about you blokes but that doesnt sound like something from starcraft. It sounds like...oh...DIABLO WEAPONS? IN CONJUNCTION WITH A NEW DIABLO TRADEMARK?!?!?! :D:D:D
true...but what i mean is the 'frostmorne' trademark is just as new as that new diablo trademark...i dpnt see anything to do with a 'world of' or 'warcraft' trademark.
when they filed their "Burning Crusade" trademark it didnt say anything with "world of" or "Warcraft" aswell. See what came out?
Thing is that both Frostmourne (read the link and its written that way) and Darkmoon Faire (i know of my warcraft experience) are both parts of the Warcraft lore. Other than Diablo - that in my opinion is reason enough to be happy - there's no other trademark related to it. (of the 3 we got linked)

Starcraft 2 - Blizzard News
It's not funny
"Cards and flowers on your window, your friends all plead for you to stay,
sometimes beginnings aren't so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."
Does that mean that the trademark is nearly completed and ready to be shared? I don't know I'm confused.

Just preventing others from using the name for those things I'd assume.
