I have some malware in my system that my antivirus can't get out. It alters IE to pop up an endless amount of pages and it forces me to run my computer in safe mode. It comes and goes but it's clearly still in my system and I need to get it out.
Have you tried installing a different browser and setting it as default?
I would really recommend this program. Clears out almost every single piece of malware there is on your computer. I had a fake anti-virus alert that was basically a trojan . None of my other anti-virus or anti-malware programs could detect it. Only Malwarebytes antimalware detected it and cleared it.
However, the tech support guys at my school fixed it all up for me.

It was the rogue remover program that was a separate program before it become part of that program that does a good job at removing fake alerts and or fake malware programs.
Glad it is taken care of Umpa

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.
Please support them.

But no program is 100%.
Quite a few times I had to use process explorer to kill the process and then delete the offending malware. The antimalware got most of them.
