As you can see I quit working out as much as I used to, I did alot of heavy lifting and went for the maxes so I had terrible endurance. Now I got a decent workout im trying to get into that works both rather well.

Your the first person I've ever known that weighs 125 pounds and his able to bench 215 and his able to do a one handed bicep curl with one hand. That's sick!

I wrestled at 115 in college and pushed 240. Some people just have the natural body weight to do it.
My natural weight at that time however was 131lbs.

Well you can be skinny and not heavy... at all... but usually that's not the case. It's pretty un-normal if you're 19 at 125 and your pretty strong.

If the're short, he's more of a sprinter, on the other hand if there long he's more of a maraton runner. Catch my drift?

Example: Your wrestling. If you got shorter fibers then the other guy, then you will be able to apply your strenght all one time, but you will get tired very fast.

All things aside, high school wrestling is lame. It serves very few purposes with only one being of any worth. If you're incredibly good, you can get a scholarship. That's it. Now, if you enjoy wearing spandex and rolling around with men in front of a bunch of people, well, that's your deal.
