-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
thanks guys, this is about the 5th time i rewrote the story. on one of them, i even trashed the whole thing and begun again. this is the third version of the story, and i think im sticking with it. ill post more of it for input, and you guys can check me as i go. i plan to publish it one day, and a possible sequel, though its for fun and i dont plan to write for a living. this is something i like to do in class if i got time, and maybe when i get home.
thanks again guys, i am alot more willing to post more now.
well, if you guys are good, i might get free copies to all those that are good freinds of Carloseus.
the book is about a boy Ameron. he excels at everything he does, and is a very powerful warrior. however there is a darkness in him. it takes over him, and fights for the good things at first. slowly he will begin to turn darker and darker, only for his love that tries everything in her power to keep him in the light. Carloseus plays a role too, but more as a freind of Ameron. i think its going pretty good, be ready to take some more later today.
ok, i forgot to post some more yesterday, so here it is along with todays, hope you guys like it. if you guys see an error, post it plz!! Green for past content.

Quite interesting, I too am currently writing my own fantasy-book, though I have taken a different approach. I begun by structuring up the whole world and figuring out every detail of history before beginning to write (suffice to say Im not even close to being done with that atm).
Nevertheless, what I've read so far of this is quite good. The descriptions are vivid and detailed. It is hard to provide critique though after only reading about one page
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

well, i do have a map, but it is very poorly done and i will have to draw it onto the computer one day. >< i do not look forward to it. hopefully it does match with the story ~~

Angus the peasant saw the necromancer raising the rotting remains and ran away. Since then he told the tale of how he narrowly escaped the necromancer he called "juicy bones".
Hehe, not exacly. It's more like structuring up the history, geography and properties of the world before I begin. I do not want to figure out half-way through that I am contradicting myself, or not making sense because I made major changes to the world as I was writing.

i can see how thats important in a large fantacy world such as yours, but personally i think your overwhelmed to start off such a large undertaking. I think you just need to start writing and edit later. maybe put in your intro about your world in later, but for now just write about your main char. the ideas will start flowing after that.. just a suggestion

Nice job, reminded me of a zelda seen sumhow, like in a link to the past or sumthing. I liked the rich detail of the setting.
