SEA, in Sydney and the latency to Singapore (where the servers will probably be like in SC2) is better than to the US, at least for me. That and the fact that I have SEA friends, but no US friends. Then theres the timezone differences as well, it just makes it easier to play with people around the same timezone. Although granted, low times in the US will probably still have more players online than peak times over here.
