Small suggestion to make paragon points more interesting. Added 1 new choice to each of the 4 main tabs. Also combined some and added a few other things.
I would also lower the restriction on placing points to paragon 200, after paragon 200 you can put points anywhere you like.

Movement Speed
Max Resource
Crowd Control Reduction
Seems reasonable. When the current system launched, Paragon Level 800 seemed incomprehensibly distant, but of course it is not, and adding another selection to each tab would give the uber-grinders something to spend their points on besides primary stats, whilst giving everyone else a little more choice.
